Refund Policy

Our design services are primarily billed on an hourly basis. Work begins as soon as the project receives approval to proceed, and all hours worked are billable.

• Cancellations: Clients must notify us of any cancellations before work has begun in order to avoid charges.

​

• Work Already Completed: If cancellation occurs after work has started, the client is responsible for payment of all hours worked up to the point of cancellation.

​

• Refunds: Since services are provided through billable time, creative output, and include client corrections, refunds are not typically offered. However, we are committed to resolving concerns and ensuring clarity in scope before starting work.
